Preparing for Distribution

You can manually download a finished INDD document and publish it or send it as an e-mail at any time. The template designer can enable up to two further channels for you to do so:

• Print: in this case, the finished document is sent directly to a printing service with a print job. You enter the details about the print order while editing the document. See Print Order.

• Digital publication: in this channel, the finished document is published directly in the Media Pool module. Other users can use this module to search for and download the document in the system. For more information, see Publication in the Media Pool.
